Terms Of Service

Prices are in USD, however local (Malaysian) clientele will be charged in local currency.

Any and all forms of your commission must be VISIBLY credited to my name, you may NOT claim it as yours.

The finished commission may be used according to your PERSONAL goals only, you are NOT permitted to RESELL / COMMERCIALISE it.

Prices may vary according to the complexity of the commission request. You may take the provided pricings as a base price.

Cancellations are allowed, however there will be a 50% cancellation fee if the commission has started/ had any work done on it.

I retain any and all rights to post finished commissions as part of my portfolio.

I reserve any and all rights to decline commission requests for any reason(s).

Clientele must provide visuals and/or references of their idea in order to lessen misunderstandings and help with visualization. Word descriptions are not accepted.

A rough idea and sketch will be provided by the artist for the clients to approve and give feedback. Payment will be made upon confirmation and agreement of the sketch.

Work on the commission will only begin after half the payment has been made, collateral is accepted.

Minor changes to the commission are allowed during the commission's process without charge only once, frequent changes will result in extra charges. Big changes that affect the commission entirely are not allowed/ will be charged double the original price. Neccessary commission files will be retained for up to a week, after which they wll be deleted and no furthur changes are accepted.

Once the commission has been completed, a watermarked version of the commission will first be sent to the clientele for checking/approval. The finished unwatermarked product will be sent after payment has been made in full.

Payments will be made through PayPal for international clientele. E-wallets / DuitNow / Shopeepay / Touch n' go / your local bank will be accepted for local (Malaysian) clientele.
